Shipping & Returns


Before completing your purchase, please make sure your shipping address is correct and formatted properly. We will only ship to the address you fill when you place order. We are unable to make changes to the shipping address after you have made payment and will only ship to the address provided at checkout.

Your item will be shipped within (3-4) business days (Monday through Friday) after your payment has cleared. You will receive an email message letting you know we've shipped, tracking information will also be emailed to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated in the shipping carrier's system.
If your payment clears on a Friday, your item may not ship until the next business day. Any shipments assigned a tracking number on Saturday, Sunday or major holidays will not be picked up by the shipping carrier until the next business day.
For our mutual protection, orders over $5000.00 will be shipped "Signature Required" exceptions.
Make note that all delivery times are estimates not guarantees. We have no control over delays caused by the courier company

Return Policy:

If you would like to return an item that was purchased from us, please fill out this form.
We are proud to stand behind the quality of our products. If the device you purchased is found to be defective or cannot be activated with the specified carrier, we will be happy to provide a full refund upon the item's return within 30 days of your receiving delivery. Exchanges or replacements are not available. If you need to return a defective device, please contact us before shipping the return. Once the item has been received and verified, a refund of the purchase price and any taxes paid will be issued. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping cost to return the device to us.

Our return policy is void if you attempt to unlock, root, or change the operating system of the device, and does not cover damages caused by buyer neglect or abuse. The device must be in same condition it was received, if it has any scratches, dents or cracks we will not accept the return. We are not responsible for compatibility issues, the buyer needs to verify that the device is compatible with their individual wireless plan and service provider before purchasing.


All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $250 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
